The Office of Management and Budget (OMB) named the Alliant 2 GWAC Best-in-Class (BIC) for IT solutions. BIC designates a preferred government-wide solution that is vetted, well-managed and recommended for use. These approved buying channels help decrease costs, contract duplication and inefficiency in federal contracting.
