CHANTILLY, VA, April 4 -- NJVC, an enterprise IT solutions provider helping defense and intelligence agencies thrive in the era of cloud, announces the hire of George Kantsios as vice president, capture management.
As the head of the company’s capture management team, Kantsios will be responsible for overseeing all the company’s federal pursuits as well as sales of its Servicefront™ customer service platform. Kantsios returns to NJVC after a successful tenure as a solutions architect with the company in 2013, where he provided technical oversight and created strategic roadmaps for several of the company’s most complex projects.

Kantsios joins NJVC from American Systems, where he served as vice president of capture management leading strategic pursuits, increasing corporate probability of win and growing capture expertise and quality by leveraging business winning teams . Previously, Kantsios was a long-term employee of BAE Systems. Most recently, he served as chief engineering for BAE SYSTEMS’ $650 million IT and cyber security business. He also was senior director, advanced programs, responsible for planning and managing investments for leading-edge technologies such as mobile, cyber and enterprise application solutions. Earlier, Kantsios held senior engineering and leadership positions with MITRE, Hewlett-Packard, Northrop Grumman Corporation and SAIC.
