As practice lead for NJVC’s software services, Bill Cloin oversees all aspects of the company’s software services practice, including the creation of advanced software solutions and enterprise applications, strategic planning and business development.

Since 2007, Mr. Cloin has served NJVC in a series of progressively responsible technical and leadership roles. Most recently, he held the dual role of Director, NJVC Center for Technology Integration (CTI), and Chief, Software & Application Support Services (SASS).

As practice lead for NJVC’s Cyber Security business unit, John White oversees all aspects of the company’s cyber security practice, including the creation of technically advanced and state-of-the-art cyber innovations, solutions and strategies to develop new business and financial performance.
Previously, Mr. White served as director, cyber security, for one of the company’s Intelligence Community customers.

As practice lead for NJVC’s enterprise management & monitoring (EMM) services, Torie Williams oversees all aspects of the company’s activities related to EMM, including technical operations, strategic planning and business development. Mr. Williams manages a practice of more than 200 staff and an operational budget in excess of $48 million. 

Since 2009, Mr. Williams has served NJVC in a variety of technical and managerial roles. Most recently, he was director of technical operations for NJVC’s enterprise management services. In his role, he managed all technical aspects of the company’s enterprise management service delivery, notably for a large Intelligence Community customer.
